Hi. I’m Carrie
I'm an Aussie now living near Glastonbury - one of the most energetically charged places on earth.
I'm a Level 2 Reiki practitioner with a passion for combining energy healing with colour therapy, interior design, and intuitive insight, all with a touch of fun and creativity. You'll usually find me in bright, playful outfits - a splash of colour against the grey English sky.
I offer private and group Reiki sessions, each paired with a personalised energy report to support you on your journey. ✨

Reiki Healing
One-on-one Reiki sessions available in person at the Tor in Glastonbury, or remotely from wherever you are in the world. Each session is followed by a personalised energy report, giving you something tangible to carry forward long after the session ends.

Colour is more powerful than most people realise. These sessions explore the relationship between colour, energy, and your environment - drawing on intuitive insight to bring more vibrancy and intention into your space and your life.

Are you feeling stuck and lacking the energy to move forward? Struggling with a decision that is consuming your mind and energy? Experiencing pain in the body that you’re desperate to shift?
Reiki is an energy exchange aimed at creating balance within the mind and body so that you can better manage your energy, stress levels and mindset.
Reiki is the Japanese practice of laying hands on another to act as a channel to healing energy. This energy comes from source / God / the universe - whatever you want to call it.
Reiki Practitioners such as myself have been attuned to do this and use energy symbols.
Sessions can be done in person or long distance. As it is energy (and energy is all around us), it doesn’t matter where you are. It is the intention that counts and I will tune into your energies.
When I work on someone I may receive intuitive messages - an answer to a question you have, a decision you’ve been struggling with or perhaps a gentle nudge in the direction of something that would be super beneficial for you - which I will pass on to you.
